Some welcome news from the front lines…
We will be teaching another Beginner’s Tai Chi Class at St. Alfred’s Episcopal Church on Curlew Road, Palm Harbor, starting Saturday, September 10th at 11:00 AM.
Sabrina is the assigned instructor – more to follow…

We are discussing offering Tai Chi Classes for the Dedicated Senior Medical Center in Clearwater. This is just being organized at the present time.
We are ever-growing as we focus our energies toward providing the benefits of tai chi practice to our greater community!!
